Analyze distress patterns in one’s own intimate relationships.
Describe the emotional vulnerabilities underlying attachment strategies.
Outline steps to interrupt disconnection and restore emotional safety.
Explain the impact of attachment injuries on relationships.
Describe the process of healing attachment injuries.
Identify three primary attachment needs.
Explain how secure bonds are strengthened through A.R.E. conversations.
Discuss the impact of emotional disconnection on a couple’s sexual relationship.
